    Fresh from the estate of a buyer for Denver's now defunct JHB International, this Bug Tech factory order form, dated July 1987, features the hand painted Snoopy head 94992 button with attached memo about carding and distribution from JHB founder Jean Howard Barr

    Condition is as seen in pics with some edge wear of the heavy paper. Button is "clipped" on (with a white plastic button clip) not glued.
